Absolutely exceptional! I’ve stayed in over 200 hotels around the world, and this one is truly a hidden gem. I loved it so much I came back twice in just one month — that says everything. The view of the Matterhorn from the room is simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service impeccable, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. If I had to mention anything negative, it would be that my stay was too short! Also, while there isn’t an on-site restaurant, the nearest one is just a 30-second walk away — so it’s hardly a problem. This is, without a doubt, the best choice you can make when staying in Zermatt. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely exceptional! I’ve stayed in over 200 hotels around the world, and this one is truly a hidden gem. I loved it so much I came back twice in just one month — that says everything. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, charm, and such a stunning location. Without a doubt, one of my top discoveries in years. Can’t wait to return!

The location of the hotel is perfectly close to the main attractions of Zermatt. It is also near the train station and not difficult to get to with suitcases. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is like the must-have, for the selection and quality is superb! They even offer champagne for breakfast! And the bed is very comfortable too. We truly enjoyed our time here.
