Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.A complimentary transfer service from and to the train station is offered to all guests on their arrival and departure day. The entire side of the Hotel above the bar will therefore be closed, the Spa, Restaurant, Bar and smoking lounge stay open as per usual. Some construction noise will be expected.
Renovation work will be done weekdays, during business hours.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location, the facilities, the view, the spa and the restaurant were absolutely amazing - couldn’t have been happier and would definitely book again if we return to Zermatt.

Everything! It was super good to stay there. We had a really good time, enjoyed the spa, wellness area and amazing views. Also it was really nice to listen piano during our drink before the dinner.

Super nice hotel with all you can desire from a good hotel in Zermatt. We enjoyed the SPA area for relaxation and the outdoor jacuzzi. Breakfast was super delicious :-)
