Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The train ride from Täsch to Zermatt takes 15 minutes. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station.
Please inform the hotel at least 10 minutes before your arrival in Zermatt if you want to make use of the free transfer service.
Please note that all the hotel's restaurants and bars are only open during the winter season. Limited opening times apply in other seasons.This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Beautiful small hotel in top location. Gracefully combines swiss chalet charm with modern amenities. Great offer of restaurants and bars, and super friendly staff. Its my third visit over 15 years and it never disappoints.

Great central location with few restaurants and bars in the hotel. Nice wooden interior and room amenities. Very kind and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.

Decent breakfast with an eggs menu and a variety of drinks. Nice modern and clean rooms and good location for ski lifts and restaurants. Staff was accommodating and polite, also ordering the taxi to and from the station promptly.
