Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. On request, guests can be picked up at Zermatt's train station or taxi stand (between 08:00 and 20:00). Please call the hotel on arrival in Zermatt. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that in case of booking a half board rate, guests sleeping in extra beds are charged separately for the half board (in addition to the extra bed rate).

It’s a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Everything you could possibly want is there. We had a view of the Matterhorn from our room - spectacular! Definitely worth it. The spa is one of the best we have been to.

Friendly staff. Great pool & spa, including sun beds outside. Lovely room with coffee & tea making facility. Good choice at breakfast and great views up to the Matterhorn. Very close to the Blauherd / Sunnega train / cable car. Stayed 3 nights and would definitely return. Zermatt is a magical place.

Very good service and beautiful view!!! Can see Matterhorn directly from the window!!!They also have a free shuttle service between the station and hotel.

Customer service is incredible; from being met at the train station, friendly and helpful reception, wonderful spa facilities, and a tasty breakfast each morning. Highly recommended.
