Zermatt is a car-free resort. Guests can only drive as far as Täsch and take the shuttle train from there. The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, the room was perfect. The location was outstanding - centrally located, only 10 mins walk from station but off the Main Street so in a quiet area.

Booked very last minute, delightful hotel in an excellent location, staff polite and welcoming. A good base for exploring the local area, magnificent views of the Matterhorn from my balcony.

The staff’s hospitality was excellent. I really enjoyed the clean and atmospheric facilities as well as the delicious meals. The view of the Matterhorn was breathtaking as well.
