Location, staff. Room very adequate in center of town. Very enjoyable for a short visit. Missed breaky due to early departure but I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

We found the property from the directions. Nice and close to the train station. Loved the balcony. Really lovely room. Great breakfast.

Location wise its great, its right at the centre and only like a 5-6 mins walk from zermatt station

For what we paid, it was value for money. Simple and basic room. From the negative reviews I read, I was abit hesitant at first but thought it was only for a night and it turned out not as bad.
