Room 3= Breakfast was good and staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was small with radiator controls sticking out and kept catching shoulders etc. Clean but rather tired and needing renovation. Wifi was free but slow; toilet & shower were very cramped Best thing was the location central to Zermat- station/ Gornergrat station and old town etc.

The hotel is right in the heart of Zermat close to nice cafes and restaurants. It is easy to get to from the station.

The location is fantastic- central to shops, restaurants, gondolas, the ancient wooden houses and the bridge for Matterhorn views. Outstanding.
