Zermatt is a car-free resort. Please park your car in Täsch and proceed by train (leaving every 20 minutes). The hotel offers free transfers by electric taxi from the Zermatt Train Station to the hotel between 8:00 and 21:00. Staff was very friendly. It was my partner birthday and they prepared a lot of surprises without us requesting. They were very welcoming too! The breakfast is good with a good variety, the facilities are also modern and the room had a nice view and spa.

Loved everything about it, rooms were lovely, great breakfast and spa area. Location was 20min walk from centre but we like that as very quiet and chilled. Great location to access hikes. Staff were great.

One of the most beautiful places with beautiful views of the valley. The staff was very friendly and they had a tour of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Rooms very great and renovated. An overall package for a great stay. There's a red line which goes to the city and near to the cable car for matterhorn glacier paradise. There's a green electric car provided to go to and fro from the station to the hotel.

Beautiful luxury property with friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, delicious restaurant, very comfortable rooms with patio, space to chill at the front of the property and the Nordic spa experience is delightful
