You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.Please inform the property upon arrival via phone if you wish to make use of the pick up service, which runs between 8:00 and 21:00. Outside of these hours, it is possible to reach the hotel within a 10-minute walk or with an official taxi.

Our apartman was big and clean, staff was very friendly, nice breakfast with various choices. We could leave our luggage locked in the hotel before check-in and after check out and that was very helpful and pleasant! Hotel arranged our transport to and from the hotel to the train station for free, that is also very nice.

The location and quality of the apartment was far beyond expectations. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and we are already booking for next Christmas. Loved everything about it.

The service was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was cleaned daily. Size of studio and one bedroom apartment is spacious. The pick up to and from station was a big bonus.

The receptionist,Nico, was exceptionally good. He informed us about everything we needed to know in our stay. He even changed our room for another with better views. Rooms are big, tidy, clean and news.
