Location was outstanding. Close to the station, shops and restaurants. The view of the Matterhorn was spectacular. Our room was cosy, clean and comfortable.The breakfast was enjoyable with lots of choices. The free coffe/ tea station near the reception was much apreciated.

An old, charming hotel right in the heart of Zermatt. The facilities are simple, but the place is full of atmosphere. Warm welcome from the staff, a rich breakfast, and an authentic alpine style with plenty of wood.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Zermatt. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and relaxed.

The property is very near to shopping centre. The room we have is very cozy and feels like home. Not to mentioned the terrace in our room. Staff are also very warm and welcoming. I would definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Zermatt.
