If you inform the property of your arrival time at least 1 day in advance, a pick-up from the train station in Zermatt can be arranged for an additional charge.Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch at the "Matterhorn Terminal Täsch" and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Lots of variety and healthy breakfast options. Ginger shot! Alternative options like lactose free options . Clean and Cheery Swiss atmosphere in breakfast room. Near train stations and main street. Funky large room. Huge bath! friendly helpful front desk staff and bar tender

Such a great place. Like other reviews, it’s not super new but that’s also part of the charm. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean, exactly what you would want. Excellent location within 5 minutes walk from the station. Breakfast was delicious as well! Super quiet at night, slept really well here.

Convenient walking distance to train stations and transport hub. Quiet street just off main road. Spacious rooms with good storage, comfortable seating and bedding and traditional decor. Lovely to have big windows and roomy balcony facing sun. Double sink in bathroom (really helpful for getting ready!) Kettle and fridge in room. Good choice of breakfast options. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Added extras - ski room, lounge/bar area, coffee/tea making and afternoon treats in lobby, sauna.
