Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was a great size, and very comfortable. It even had a balcony. Location near the train station was also very convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Sarazena. We chose the biggest suite, and it was extremely comfortable and perfect for our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. One of the best things was that we could cook our own meals, which made everything very convenient when traveling with kids. At night, we enjoyed relaxing in our own private “onsen” experience because Sarazena has a very big bathtub. It was perfect for lounging and unwinding after a long day of exploring. It made our stay feel even more special and luxurious. The location is truly the best. Just a short walking distance to Zermatt railway station, making it very easy to travel. There is also a Coop supermarket nearby where we could easily buy groceries. Many restaurants are everywhere around the hotel, so food options are never a problem.
