Clean, very close to the train station, st Mauritius church, hinterdorfstrasse - old town, near bus stops and all the top food outlets. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast though limited was enough. The room was good with views of the Matterhorn and a balcony. The bathrooms were clean and size was ok. Heating was good and comfortable. Had Wi-Fi and electric kettle which was very useful.

The location is impeccable. It gives you the vibe of chalet in the room. Even without Matterhorn view, the Zermatt city view is also dreamy. Breakfast is great with window seats, which offers Matterhorn view. Will definitely consider to stay in this hotel again
