Outstanding staff. Oliver and his team especially the staff in the restaurant Elsa, Catarina especially were fantastic. The food was 6 star quality as we stayed over Christmas and the menus were amazing and exquisite presentation. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a nice chic hotel with well setup rooms and nice ambience. Quite easily accessible from the zermatt station.
