Close to the station. The staff is extra nice. We had to do an early checkout, thus missing breakfast, and the receptionist kindly offered to prepare a bag with food for us.

The hotel is in a good location, central to the town Not far from the train station / Gornergrat station The staff helped us out with an adapter, as ours was incorrect for the sockets in the room

I missed one of my trains, but the staff was super friendly and waited for me after check-in time. They were very helpful and willing to assist.
