Great location - easy walk to train station. Near the bus stops for travel to the ski lifts. Room was comfortable and very clean.

Hotel Elite is perfectly located, in the city center and 5 min away from all points of interest including main railway station, bus and train that is taking you to ski areas, restaurants/pubs, supermarket in front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious, large bathroom, comfortable beds and cleaned daily. Breakfast is really good and freshly made. Staff is also very nice and helpful. On the arrival, our room was nit ready but since we came early and wanted to go skiing, lady at reception asked cleaning staff to prioritize our room which was ready in less then an hour 😊 You will not make a mistake by choosing

We've had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Elite. The location is super convenient for easy walk to both Sunnega and the mountain train. In the evenings all restaurants and shops are just steps away. Small but clean and pleasant sauna room was great after a day of skiing. The hotel staff was exceptional. When one of the hotel guests accidentally took our ski boots from the ski room, the hotel staff worked with the other guest to resolve the issue and we got our boots in the post just a few days later. Will definitely be looking to stay at this hotel on our next trip to Zermatt.

Friendly staff, convenient location from the rail station, very comfortable beds, warm, good breakfast choice. Basically a hotel worth staying in.

Zermatt is a winter wonderland but very expensive. Our room was small and expensive but expected this time of year. Lovely breakfast staff.

Location at Zermatt is everything, and they provide complimentary shuttle service from station. Breakfast was lovely though small spread. Rooms have beautiful mountain views and beside there's a popular Italian restaurant, Decathlon and Migros just beside.
