We booked the hotel for one night but only stayed for a couple of hours, as we mainly needed a place to rest and freshen up while exploring Zermatt. The location was very convenient and the room was clean and comfortable for our short stay. Staff were polite and check-in at the nearby Simi Hotel was smooth.

Good location close to train station with no uphill walk. Clean and comfortable room with good view from balcony including tip of the Matterhorn when the clouds cleared.
