Totally exceeded all expectations at the end of a planned trip, but ended up being one of the highlights, particularly with the amazing Spa & friendliness of particular staff members.

The location is very convenient. Halfway for everywhere. To the Sunegga funicular station or to the Matterhorn Express and the Gornegrat, the hotel is in the middle of the triangle. The breakfast is superb!

Nice new "ish" little spa in the basement, comfortable if it's not busy as it's fairly small, but with all the essentials after a days of skiing.

Fabulous hotel, very clean and comfy beds. Staff were lovely, very friendly and went the extra mile to allow us to have breakfast early due to an early departure the following day. Great location in Zermatt near to shops and restaurants but very quiet at night which was perfect.
