With this price, the living is overall way better than I expected. The room was clean and warm, and the hotel is located next to the place where ppl see the golden Matterhorn (I could also see Matterhorn from the balcony). The staff was nice and can communicate in English. Additionally, the breakfast was great. Overall, I highly recommend this place:)

Great location. Walking distance to cable car and train station, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Good buffet breakfast with a small selection of hot food. Sauna and wellness centre are great and very clean. Staff was very helpful and allowed use of it beyond the states closing time. Balcony is great.

Superb in every way. Wonderful location, easy short walk from train station and right in the heart of the town. Close to everything! Beautiful old hotel, perfectly maintained, super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful! Staff are helpful and kind. There is a sauna open in the afternoon/evenings. The room was spacious, had a desk, big balcony, lovely comfortable bed, big bathroom with a shower and bath. Fresh quality linen. Quiet and secure rooms. Just perfect. I have stayed in many places throughout Europe and this was my favourite. I don't easily good reviews but I cannot fault this hotel. Amazing value for money too!
