The attention from the staff was amazing. They gave us a lot of tips, were helpful and nice. They even spoke Spanish which was very convenient to our family. The hotel was great and beautiful both inside and the views outside. The rooms were super clean, wirh enough space for 4 people, free coffee, minibar and a fridge. They stored our luggage and took it to the room when it became available while we were exploring Zermatt. Beautiful location and super close to the train station. They even have a shuttle service which was very helpful for all our heavy luggage and older people. Breakfast was included and it was overall good like a continental breakfast

Excellent Room & Amenities, Location was great, everything was a few minutes walk, must stay at the hotel if you going to Zermatt

Staff were super friendly and happy to chat. We were there in May which is shoulder season so hotel was quieter. Really enjoyed the pool after a day of exploring. Good breakfast, renovated rooms were lovely, super clean and we had a fantastic view of the Matterhorn.
