Please let the property know your estimated time of arrival. The reception is not on site all day; we can be reached by phone and we have a self check-in tool.We ask you to check in with us online. You will receive the link by e-mail 3 days before arrival.Our hotel door closes at 10:00 p.m. After that, access is only possible with a PIN code. In case of late arrival after 20:00 please contact the hotel at least 1 day before your arrival. You will then receive the PIN code.Guests can make use of the sauna a at an additional cost . Ski equipment can be rented in a partner store a 5-minute walk away; hotel's guests can receive a discount voucher at the reception.we offer a guest kitchen for free and we have new washing and drying machine coin operated, each load CHF 5.00Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Clean, charming, and have simple cooking facilities, has private garden and can also see mountains, and near the Matterhorn cable car station — relatively central. Lovely and helpful staff too.

Location was good. Room was spacious with a lovely balcony with lots of flowers. Nice bathroom with a good shower.

Extremely comfortable bed and excellent pillows. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was good. Shared kitchen made up for lack of kettle in the room. Extra furniture and a balcony were nice inclusions.
