Please let the property know your estimated time of arrival. The reception is not on site all day; we can be reached by phone and we have a self check-in tool.We ask you to check in with us online. You will receive the link by e-mail 3 days before arrival.Our hotel door closes at 10:00 p.m. After that, access is only possible with a PIN code. In case of late arrival after 20:00 please contact the hotel at least 1 day before your arrival. You will then receive the PIN code.Guests can make use of the sauna a at an additional cost . Ski equipment can be rented in a partner store a 5-minute walk away; hotel's guests can receive a discount voucher at the reception.we offer a guest kitchen for free and we have new washing and drying machine coin operated, each load CHF 5.00Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety and choices, the room was spacious, spotless, quiet, the bed was big and comfortable, the room had a fabulous view, the staff were so helpful beyond expectations, the lady at breakfast service couldn't have been nicer, she was non invasive but always there when you needed her, excellent service with a smile.

Clean, friendly, not too far from the main shops/restaurants and in a quiet location. Beds very comfortable! I’d happily stay here again.

Very quiet location, just 10 minute walk from the station. Also, very close to all restaurants and city centre. Room was comfortable. Standout was the access to shared kitchen. Breakfast variety could improve.
