I really loved this hotel and I am so happy I have chosen it, I really enjoyed my stay here. It is newly renovated; great for solo travellers, has a very nice sauna and very delicious food in the restaurant (the Chef has very good taste and the restaurant is visited also by the locals), the personnel is young and friendly, and I would like specially to mention Vlad and Fiorella, who made my stay at Carina especially memorable. It is also conveniently located walking distance from the ski lifts (max 5 min walk) and the train station (approx. 10 min. walk. The only regret I haven't stay longer.

The hotel environment is very comfortable, stylish, and welcoming. Its location near the train station and cable car stations and makes it easy to access nearby attractions. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the food is delicious.

An absolutely perfect stay - this is a stunning little contemporary hotel with a wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and lovely facilities. I especially liked the food, which was wonderfully tasty and beautifully presented - it was the best food I had experienced in Zermatt so compliments to the chefs! Steam room and sauna area was great too. Really close to the slopes. I would 100% stay there again and recommend to all.

The spa, lounge, and room are all clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was lovely.
