Great place for a family of 4. The kids love the bunk beds. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. When we were late for check-in, staff messaged to check on us to ensure we are alright.

There can’t be a better view than this. The mountain view room is such an amazing place to stay, waking up and going to sleep with a view of the Matterhorn - wow. The staff are amazing, very friendly. I would love to come back!

The room is spacious, cosy, clean, and warm. Smart TV, bathtub, everything you would expect from a nice hotel in Zermatt is here. Great alpine lodge design for the interior and nice inclusion of the balcony. The fact that the booking comes with complimentary breakfast is cherry on the top.
