It was a perfect room for our 2 night stay. As it’s expensive to eat out, it was good having the kitchenette. It was great having a balcony. Good breakfast included in price.

We stayed at Arca Aparthotel and Spa for the last two nights of our vacation in Switzerland, and we’re so glad we chose it for our stay in Zermatt. The experience not only met but exceeded our expectations. Our room came with a spacious balcony equipped with sun loungers and a stunning view of the Matterhorn, a perfect spot to unwind. Our daughter was thrilled to have a separate room with her own bathroom, which made the stay extra special for her. She had been looking forward to using the hotel pool throughout our trip, and when she finally did, it didn’t disappoint. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of choices. We especially enjoyed the option to freshly squeeze our own orange juice, a small touch that made mornings feel refreshing. Since we had an early train to catch on our departure day, the manager kindly prepared packed lunches for us. The thoughtful bags included juice boxes, sandwiches, boiled eggs, water bottles, oranges, and apples - a gesture we truly appreciated. Overall, our stay at Arca Aparthotel and Spa was wonderful, combining comfort, hospitality, and memorable touches. We would happily return on our next visit to Zermatt.

The apartment was lovely & we had a balcony with the view of the Matterhorn. The swimming pool was excellent & the breakfast very good.

Location approx 5 minute walk from train station. Lovely room, comfy beds we had 2 bathrooms and a kitchen not expected but welcome. Friendly team. Amazing swimming pool and steam rooms which are very relaxing after being out
