the staff of the hotel was cheerful. quality of materials and cleanness was also top notch. pool and sauna was amazing i haven't seen anything like that. location was ok it is just a minute walk from bus stop and 5 minutes from train station. also there was a grocery store nearby. i would love to go there again

Convenient location, 5-10 mins walk to Zermatt station. A nice family room for 4 persons, with kitchen facilities and attic room for kids. Nice breakfast. Porter service to bring our luggages to the train station cos snowing on our departure.

Its our 2nd year in this hotel. Everything fine , delicious breakfast , perfect location and amazing spa . Very close to train station , shop and train to mountains . like this place with the best room view.

In short walking distance to the train station, to the ski rental area, and to the funicular to get up on the slopes quickly. Very close to a supermarket for last minute shopping. Spacious room separated from the child room, with kitchen, with a nice terrace facing Matterhorn, swimming pool and SPA shared with its sister hotel, good breakfast, and nice staff at the restaurant.

The heated pool after a day in the sloops was very comforting . The view from our room was magnificent! Breakfast was served with love.

It was perfect. The view from our room was exceptional. The spa/pool was amazing and breakfast was perfect. Staff so lovely too.
