Zermatt is a car-free resort. You have to park your car in Täsch and proceed by train or taxi. During winter it is recommended to reserve a parking space in Täsch well in advance.Please note that the submitted credit card will be used for the deposit and has to be presented upon check-in.Please contact the property if you require any extra beds.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great location, few minutes walk to everything in Zermatt. Hotel had a lovely, calm vibes that recommended no phones in public areas. The breakfast was beautiful and the hotel was spotless. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The spa area was very so nice, perfect after a day skiing. Overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. Nice location, close to the train station and shops, but still really quiet. Beautiful clean room and good amenities. Really nice SPA area. And as a cherry on the top was a view of magnificent Matterhorn🏔️

Was very nice quality bedding and the room was spacious, breakfast was good. Very nice swimming pool and lovely sauna
