Room is well decorated and spacious with Mountain View. Good breakfast with many choices of food. A few minutes’s walk from train station and Gronergret station. Spa looks pretty and clean. Ski room is tidy and staff is friendly.

There is a staff member at the reception probably male who was very rude and unfriendly to foreigners. The room does have any control over the heating and also I don't understand why the basic thing like kettle was not made available in the room

The room was clean and the Wellness is incredible. I liked the breakfast as well. In addition, the view is fantastic, especially in the morning.
