The hotel is located within the main tourist area. Its a very beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wellness spa is beyond my expectation. Just wonderful. No words to explain. Its close to the train up the mountain. Its just gorgeous. Worth every penny.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. The stay was comfortable, there is a spa, mountain views, and even free shuttle service from the train station. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Zermatt. There are black-nosed sheep on the grass field next to the spa, so you don’t need to hike up the mountain to see them.

Beautiful property, everything about it is perfect. From the moment you walk in it oozes class and charm. Very homely, relaxed vibe, staff are fantastic, pool and spa facilities are exceptional.

Comfortable place to stay. Outdoor terrace bar and restaurant with privacy away from main town. Friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed room.
