Hotel Overview

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site .
Swiss cuisine and a selection of wines are served in the Matterhorn Restaurant.
All rooms come with a minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. En-suite bathrooms include a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.
Guests can also make use of a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and personal ski lockers. An Internet corner is available in the lobby.
There is a Grill restaurant "Hornox" for meat and vegan dishes.

This room is located in the annexe building of the resort and offers a terrace or balcony with garden views, a small seating area, cable TV, a telephone, a safety deposit box and a bathroom with shower. Please note that extra beds are not available in this room type.

Family Two Bed Room Suite with Garden Terrace - enter dates to see room photos

This suite features a terrace with views of the surrounding mountains and has a direct connection to the spa area of the hotel. Facilities also include a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a bathroom with free toiletries. This ground floor suite features a terrace with views of the surrounding mountains. Suite has 3 rooms (2 bed rooms and a living room with a sitting area) It has a bathroom and a separate shower. Please note that this suite is located in the annex building and has direct access to the pool&spa area from the hotel. From the moment we walked in the door the reception was incredible. Cosy fireplace, wooden interior and the hotel smelt very nice. Our room was very spacious with balcony overlooking the Matterhorn. The absolute highlight was the pool/wellness area which is so worth it, especially after days of going up mountains, train trips etc. Never felt so invigorated. We will be coming back some time in the future for sure!
