If you travel with children, please inform the property in advance about their number and age. For same-day reservations, please contact the property directly to inform it about your arrival time. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests arriving on Monday can only be checked in after 18:00. The check-out time of 10:00 must be strictly adhered to. Any newly started hour costs EUR 50. Please note the varying opening times of the restaurant: Closed on Mondays throughout the year April - June: restaurant is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for lunch and dinner July - September: restaurant is open Tuesdays to Thursdays from 17:00 for dinner and Fridays to Sundays for lunch and dinner October: restaurant is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for lunch and dinner December - March: restaurant is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 for dinner, and from Friday to Sunday it is open for lunch and dinner Hot food available until 20:30 Please note that the restaurant is closed on 24 December.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We had a fabulous stay for our skiing holiday and would highly recommend to stay here. The room was very comfortable and the property is very warm and cosy. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast in the morning was very nice. We also had a brilliant meal in the restaurant too. We hope to return again!

It was the ultimate hide away from the world for a weekend. Felt romantic and tranquil. Food at the resturant was beyond expectations so we left the lodge very little. If we needed to get out, the little town is very close but you would need a car. It was very comofrtable for a short break away

It was an excellent vacation. The view from the apartment, the service, the breakfast and dinners were really exceeding all expectations. It is really worth to be there. We plan to be there again if possible.

Jausenstation Pfefferbauer is a place to fall in love with: The view of the Zeller sea is magical. The staff is very friendly. The rooms, maybe basic for some guests, are clean and with a balcony to enjoy the view. There is also a very good restaurant downstairs open in the evenings (just remember it is not open every day). You have also a free place to park your car. The breakfast. although a bit basic, was very tasty and plentiful. You get a "Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card" which allows you to enjoy a lot of things for free or with a discount (cable cars, boar trips, buses etc.).

Wonderful quiet location above the hustle and bustle of Zell am See but only a couple of minutes by car into the town. Fabulous views overlooking the lake and mountains. Monica, Tony and all the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. A great family-run establishment. Very enjoyable stay.
