The apartments are only cleaned at the end of the stay.The apartments do not offer air conditioning.Please note that upon arrival you need to park your car at the backside of the apartment house and drive down in the Karl Flieher street and turn right directly behind the house. (GPS coordinates 47.304153 12.793314)Please also note that parking is limited. You can arrive with a maximum of 2 cars if you book the Alm 1 or Alm 2 Apartment and with a maximum of 1 car if you book the Alm 3 Apartment. No additional cars are possible.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great location. Bus stop 50 yards away, ski lift 5 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants in area.

Very attentive and friendly hosts, great location to the ski-bus and lifts. The appartment is roomy, very clean and nicely furnished. Great boot room and lift.
