The hotel is small, tucked away, has a nice parking lot behind the hotel, the staff is approachable and wants to help you find your way around the city and with transportation to Venice

Nice place, cosy rooms. Very polite and helpful staff always there willing to answer on all our questions and to give useful recommendations. Great location near public bus station, with a place to buy tickets across the street. It was easy to get directly to the center of Venice by public transportation. Free parking at the hotel.

It was very easy to reach from the highway and as soon as we stepped into the hotel we felt comfortable. It gives a cozy feeling and the hosts were wonderful.
