The host was very kind and friendly (they live on the ground floor). They welcomed us with a welcome drink and some snacks. The rooms are clean and spacious, the kitchen is huge and well equipped, and the accommodation also has ski and ski boot storage/drying facilities. We stayed with a group of 8 friends and had a great time. A grocery store is just a few hundred meters away. The bus stop is also within a few hundred meters, and during the ski season you can take the SKIBUS to the Bachledova Dolina cable car and the Treetop Walkway. There are restaurants nearby as well — GORAL RESTAURANT (cash only), and our favorite was the Slovak restaurant Ždiarsky dom.
