Wonderful location, the breakfast was far better than expected and so was the restaurant. Nothing fancy, but everything was fresh and made with love.

Wow, just wow, this place is incredibly worth a stay. I stayed with my wife for 4 nights in July, and we loved all of our time here. The included breakfast was unbelievably tasty, with so many good options to choose from. It felt like a high-class sit down meal instead of a self-service meal. The rooms were cozy, with good space, modern appliances, a really nice bathroom, and beautiful aesthetic. It was like staying in our own personal log cabin, with wonderful views of the mountains and a balcony/patio area to enjoy. The hosts are welcoming, kind, and are there to help you and make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They are truly excellent to all their guests and care for their hotel clearly. We happened to take a public bus to Zdiar, then the walk to the lodging is about 10-15 minutes. There are also a few hiking options within walking distance of this gem. If you're looking to get away and be in the mountainside, yet have modern and quality amenities with great breakfast - and great dinner - included with a simple, cozy, but high-quality hotel, look no further. This was one of our favorite hotels ever.
