Clean room, comfortable bed. Very close to the train station and the beach. Shops close by. The owner is very friendly.

The meals (2 per day) were good: usually a salad, chips, fried chicken or similar. It would be an excellent place for visiting the Aquapark, but it wasn't open. (?seasonal or war). It would be a good place to enjoy all the many food stalls etc, but all were closed. It was a good place to take a walk up the east side of the estuary(Limanska St), and to walk along the Zakota Spit to the Bridge, but the bridge was out of bounds to non-military. It could be a good base for a group of people to get together on holidays, with barbecue and kids playground. It is a train-ride to Odessa from Karolino-Buhaz Station, which is immediately opposite. It would be a quick train-ride to Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi and the Akkerman Fort, and on to Izmail, which is worth a visit, except that the Zakota Bridge is not passable. (Wait for the demise of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, and the War Reparations.)
