The low price. The fact that there was a fée public car park nearby.

Comfortable bed, huge blanket, shower in the room for privacy, smart locking system, nice common area and kitchen+ a place to hang out outside, super kind staff, could give them the baggage before our check in and had a really nice convo with the cleaning staff haha
