During the months of July and August the hotel's Spa will no longer have a heated pool, it will be an unheated indoor pool.Children under the age of 18 are allowed in the spa area, including the indoor pool and the fitness area, only from 14:00H to 18:00H.SPA HOURS: 9 AM TO 9 PM.TIMES WHEN CHILDREN UNDER 18 HAVE ACCESS: 2:00 PM TO 6:00 PM.

Miguel at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He recommended places to visit near Valencia and even went to our room to try to make the WIFI work.
