The hotel itself is excellent, and its location is arguably the best in the city. The staff also deserves five stars for their service. However, I experienced a significant issue during my stay. On all four nights, the neighbour in the house above continuously moved furniture, such as a sofa and chairs, and frequently dropped items on the floor. The noise persisted from 9 p.m. until around midnight and was extremely disruptive. I reported the issue to the staff and asked if they could address it, but they suggested that I should speak to the neighbour myself, which I felt was inappropriate. Apart from this, everything else was satisfactory.

Old but well kept hotel. I recommend for a 3 day stay.
