The hotel in general and our room were both very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly, especially the lovely lady who helped with the breakfasts downstairs. The staff on Reception were always very helpful also in every situation. We found the food there to be varied and very tasty, as well as very reasonably priced. The location is excellent if you want to explore the city as it is close to many of the local attractions and only 100 yards from the nearest tram stop. The rooms were soundproofed and we were able to sleep without interruptions from other guests or outside noise. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly, it was excellent.

The location was excellent , and there was a short walk to all major attractions. The room was a bit small but functional. The bathroom was good with a good shower. The buffet breakfast was good for 13 euros

The only negative was that breakfast buffet had cold food and not enough staff helping. Told Management and they took the charge off our bill. Everything else was great.
