The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, they made us feel very comfortable. The food was amazing and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Little things stood out to us like greeting us at the door as we arrived, serving tea and friendliness of staff, beautiful onsen facilities made it feel very traditional. We honestly did not want to leave, next time we will stay longer and enjoy this accommodation to the fullest. Absolutely 10/10 for us.

Nice environment, traditional old property in good condition, rooms are clean with nice mountain view, staff are all very nice and can communicate in simple English, great service, dinner is excellent!
