We had an exceptional stay from start to finish. The upgrade was such a lovely surprise, especially as we were celebrating my partner’s birthday. Peter and June truly went above and beyond to look after us, and every member of staff was incredible, attentive, warm, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience
