The fine print
Please note there is a mandatory New Year’s Eve dinner supplement applicable to stays on the night of 31 December, payable directly at the lodge. The cost thereof is as follows:Guests booked on Bed & Breakfast - USD 160 per adult and USD 85 per child
Guests booked on Half Board - USD 115 per adult and USD 60 per child
Guests booked on Full Board - USD 85 per adult and USD 45 per child
Children under 4 years will not be charged
The above child prices apply to children between the ages of 4 to 9 years old
The above adult prices apply to children from 10 years and olderInfrastructure Tax of USD 4 per person per day is applicable and will be collected directly at the lodge.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Beautiful location to watch the sunset, and watching the local people on their fishing boats and enjoying the sea! The staff around the hotel were a pleasure to be around, and attentive to all our needs.

This is my second stay and Chuini and it won’t be my last. I love everything about this hotel. The rooms are all bungalows and spaced out. It’s boutique size so you never feel on top of any other guests. I had one of the pools to myself every single day. I was looking for R&R on this holiday and I got it. It’s only 35 minutes from Stone Town if you want some nightlife and restaurant action. The team, led by GM Suhaila, are brilliant. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I felt so at home and welcome, which was lovely as a solo traveller. The food in the restaurant is delicious. There is a lovely spa for a great massage and other treatments. At low tide you can go for walks along the beach and at high tide it’s a few steps down into the water. I love the style and the decor - all white/sun bleached wood vibes.
