The location is great. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, an area with fresh air and peace; 6 minutes far away from the airport, by car. The room was very clean.

I had my phone stolen in Bilbao and the receptionist was amazing. She let me use her personal phone to contact my family and was horrified what had happened. She was truly lovely.

Close to airport (15 euro taxi), bus stop beside hotel to city. Good sized rooms with large windows, clean and modern. Good for 24hr in Bilbao, early flight & not needing to carry luggage. Staff very helpful. Cafe on site for breakfast.
