1. Well-equipped apartment with good view from the window. 2. Friendly and helpful owner. 3. The owner provided us plastic sledges for free for children to ride from the hill behind the house. 4. Tea, coffee, billiard in the basement for free. 5. Sauna in the basement for additional payment. 6. Good restaurant Sopa across the street. 7. Skiing facility not far from the house. You can see it from the window a bit to the left (as well as Gubalowka a bit to the right). 8. Easy self check-in with the code lock. 9. Free parking on the territory.

Good and quiet locality. Access code instead of physical key. Proximity of small shop. Billiard in basement. In room there was everything what we needed.

We really enjoyed the stay in here: beautiful view, nice owners, cozy and comfortable apartment. We had apartment with terace - I could not imagine better place than here. Location: city center is around 10 - 15 minutes away, there is pizza place and restaurant near, also small supermarket. We have been in here with the dog - very convienant because there is a field where you can walk with your dog (again with amazing view). We have liked everything and we would definitely come back.
