The hotel was amazing, we only stayed one night but wished we’d booked longer! The whole place smelt amazing as soon as you walked in (I’m a big fan of room fragrance so this was a big tick for me), the room itself was clean and extremely comfortable. The balcony was an extra bonus which I wasn’t expecting, with a direct view of the ski slope. Excellent location for anyone skiing and only a 10/15 minute walk into town. The spa area was stunning and extremely well made. Loved every bit of it!

An amazing experience! Everything was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Both the room and spa facilities were spotlessly clean. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The staff arranged the room early after a long bus night,saved us the day. Long way to town but perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the buzz and closer to "nature" - walks in national park from there. Room was perfect - we're small so we fitted nicely. Spa was perfect at end of the day!

Nice spa area to unwind in the sauna or jacuzzi. There weren’t many people when we went there. We received instructions how to get in as it was after hours for the reception. The room was very warm and cozy. The taxi service available over the phone.
