After I was already once in Zakopane during a day-trip with my parents some years ago (there we stayed on the Slovakian side of the High Tatra), I decided to come back once again on my own for a few days more. And even though it was winter this time and bitter cold the whole 4 nights that I stayed, I had a great time thanks to the highly cozy accommodation of Willa Rawa. My little chamber had everything in it one needs for this kind of vacation, check-in was uncomplicated via text message and code to the main entrance, and the living together with the other guests added due to its convenience to the amazing overall impression. I personally had an enjoyable time here, thank you to the people that are leading this place!

I loved this old, charming house with its squeaky wooden floors and well-equipped modern kitchen, as well as the cute little room, which was perfect for one person. The location of Willa Rawa is ideal for those wanting to learn a bit about the Zakopane Style (Willa Koliba and the Gąsienica-Sobczak Cottage are only a few minutes’ walk from the property), snow sports enthusiasts (the Szymoszkowa Ski Resort is only a 15-minute walk away), and those wanting to explore the Tatra Mountains and Zakopane city centre. The bus stop is only a short walk away and is serviced by two local city lines—11 and 12—as well as many private minibus operators.
