The location is excellent, conveniently close to the center, bus and train stations, restaurants, and supermarkets. Although the house is a bit hidden and was tricky to find at first, a quick call to the landlord sorted it out right away. The parking right next to the building was very convenient. We traveled with a large group, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The layout worked perfectly for us, with toilets and showers on each floor, which made it easy and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a dining area where we could all gather for meals.

The city centre and the Gubalowka station is within 15-20 mins walking distance, grocery shops are just around the corner. Parking was free and safe, inside in the yard. The owners are very nice and helpful and the facilities in the house are excellent. The sauna is good for 5-6 people, easy to operate and included in the house rental. There is a quite big terrace on the first floor with a professional grill station. The house was all time warm and the interior design and the furnitures are partly traditional, partly modern, but it creates a cozy athmosphere. The house was very clean including bedsheets and good quality towels.
