This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to it combines the luxury of a 5star hotel and the beauty of nature from a hut view in Zakopane, with a very professional concierge and services in a great location♥️

Had an incredible stay here. The amenities are great, the restaurant has amazing food, and the location was perfect - it’s central but just enough off the main road to be peaceful. We went to Zakopane for my birthday, it wasn’t even something I put on the booking or anything, but the staff still made the day special. Just shows how attentive they are and what a good team is behind this hotel.

Location/ Decor/ spa was the best hotel spa I have ever stayed in/ reception staff were very helpful. Excellent children’s facilities too.
