Great location on Krupowki street, however very quiet. Spa is good enough, rooms well equiped.

Hotel manager (with beard and glasses)was amazing- he gave us an exeptional&persinal care on emergency health situation, we felt safe and taken care of us.

Location is perfect. Very beautiful view of mountains. Underground parking and spa access (but pools temperature was too low).
