Guests are kindly requested to call the property 1 hour prior to arrival on the number provided in the booking confirmation.A surcharge of PLN 80 applies for arrivals after 21:00. All requests for late arrival must be communicated to the property until 19:00 on the day of arrival at the latest and must be confirmed by the property.Please note there is no lift.There is 1 parking place per apartment.The dry sauna is available from 16:00 to 22:00 every day.Due to renovation works, the SPA zone will be closed from 01/10 to 15/10/2024.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Free parking in garage, not far away from city center, quiet, peaceful place. The rooms were clean, it was a pleasure to stay. the coffee machine with coffee beans was amazing 😉

Brand new alpine apartment, comfortable and fully furnished. 2 bedrooms easily accommodated 4 adults. A fifth slept on the pull out couch. Spa and sauna with dressing robes were made available free of charge. Secure underground car parking provided. 20 minute walk to the Main Street. We stayed in ‘Rubin’ which was on the 3rd floor (no lift). Angled ceiling created some head bumping but we got used to it.

Location is superb, close drive to ski slopes and attractions, spacious apartment with terrace, heated floor in the bathroom, very clean and well looked after

The location of the apartment is close to the centre of Zakopane which is great. After hiking in the day you can easily get to the centre with just walking a few minutes in the evening. There is also a great view of some of the mountains from the balcony.
