The bed was somewhat comfortable, the room was warm and the wi-fi was fast. The staff was generally nice and kind.

Welcoming staff and I feel very bad for not remembering the lady’s name but she was great. For someone who doesn’t eat cevapi - she helped looking for the good spots. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and the heating was very effective.
