Very welcoming and helpful staff in all areas, reception, restaurant and rooms. A beautiful old hotel with lots of space, excellent food and quiet. We had an upgrade to luxury city view rooms and the Thai massages were very reasonably priced

This hotel is a wonderful choice that fully lives up to its 5-star rating. The rooms are spacious and provide all the amenities needed for a truly comfortable stay. The location is excellent, allowing you to walk to the city center in just 10 minutes. The staff is another major highlight—they are incredibly kind and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist guests. My only small critique would be the breakfast. While it was very good, I felt it could have offered a bit more variety. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

It’s really well maintained, beautiful and spacious. The breakfast room is lovely and the selection of food is great. We also had dinner at the hotel which really was delicious and each course beautifully presented. Our room was very clean and well presented and the bathroom was huge!
