The reception staff was absolutely impeccable! Enormously helpful, excellent at sharing suggestions, excellent at map navigation and excellent at problem solving. Five stars for the reception staff. The housekeeping staff is also top-notch. The housekeepers were friendly and our room was perfect each night after we returned from our day out.
