People were very nice and efficient: they keep our luggage before the room was ready (but it was ready super quickly) and after we check-out ; they bring you your hot drink during breakfast. The bed was huuuge. The room quiet when the window were closed, even if we were just 'ear to the terrasse!

Perfect central location between the old town and new making it easy for exploration on foot. It is situated within a beautiful courtyard ideal for relaxation and chilling . Exceptional friendly and helpful staff , they couldn’t have done more to enhance our stay. All staff helped with arranging taxis which were very reliable and friendly , their warm welcome and friendliness added to the experience of Zagreb . Storing our luggage safely after checkout was perfect too. Comfortable delightfully appointed and decorated room and environment all exceptionally clean . Good quality abundant breakfast. Highly recommended in all aspects , we will return for sure . Our huge thanks to all .

Excellent location, friendly staff, cozy and charming hotel. I liked the little path/stairs up to the old town, directly from the hotel.

Perfect location. Quiet oasis from the busy city. Lovely friendly staff who offered to help with luggage as there are no lifts which we knew about before we booked the hotel and this didn’t worry us. Loved the great service in the bar.
