Pre-Arrival Information – Step by Step Guide
1. Check-In Details
You will receive detailed check-in instructions one day prior to your arrival. This message will be sent directly to your inbox within your Booking.com account.
2. Tourist Registration
In compliance with local regulations in the City of Zagreb, all guests must complete an online tourist registration. A link will be provided in the check-in instructions and must be completed before receiving access codes.
3. Arrival Day – Access Codes
On your check-in day, once you have completed the tourist registration and the apartment is ready for your stay, access codes will be sent to you in a separate message.
4. Parking Information
One parking space is included with your reservation. It is located in the underground garage of the building and reserved exclusively for you during your stay, free of charge.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

S obzirom da smo došli zbog nastupa u Areni, lokacija smještaja je bila savršena – svega manje od 10 minuta hoda do dvorane. Smještaj je predivan, izuzetno uredan i funkcionalan. Poseban plus je garaža u zgradi, što nam je mnogo značilo. U stanu smo imali apsolutno sve što je potrebno – vidi se da je sve pažljivo osmišljeno do najsitnijih detalja.

This apartment is the best we ever visited and we travel a lot. The apartment gives an excellent experience with all small details that are very intuitive and satisfy all needs and wishes for a comfortable and happy stay with nothing to worry about since everything covered upfront with big attention and love to all details. This is our number 1 apartment either for family or business.

Location is fantastic. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and the largest shopping mall in zagreb.
