The location was very convenient, especially for accessing the Arena and nearby shops. The check-in process was smooth. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The room matched the photos.

It was cold in the room, and when I entered, the radiator was off. I turned it on, hoping it would get warmer, but no chance. It was cold all night. When I spoke to the landlord, he was very unfriendly and told me that if it was cold, I should have turned on the heating.
